Will shenmue 3 will be released for xbox 360 and Ps3 next year in 2012 in july if the japanese company decide too.

Shenmue didnt cost 70 million, it was later confirmed it only cost 40. get your facts straight. shenmue 2 on xbox sold poorly because anyone who played the first one had a dreamcast already and wanted to play the second on it aswell. the european release contained english sub titles so everyone was able to understand it. why would all of us dreamcast owners play a game that we already beaten months ago before the american release. i played shenmue 2 on xbox and did not finish it. i thought it sucked. how ever, i came across a PAL version for my DC and i enjoyed the hell out of it. for some reason i liked the japanese dialogue with the sub titles better for some reason.

ya ill buy it any price possible shit ill pay a 1000 bucks on the spot for it …and just cuz the game old doesnt mean alot of ppl are to old to buy it shit im only 16 and i played both and will play even when im 100 …i really think they need to stop lagging it cuz if they dont they will never make it cuz ppl might forget so right now make it before its to late

I agree with all of your facts Ahmad except the first one.

Wouldn’t games like Shenmue cost less to make now since everyone is pretty much using massive technology like what we saw in the first Shenmue? They’re plenty of games out now that were as epic as Shenmue that probably don’t spend 70 mil to make. Or am I wrong and is that just the norm to make games these days?

anyways, Shenmue 1 and 2 were epic. I remember beating them both when I was 12/13. I was disappointed that the series didnt finish but what can ya do. I signed the petition and everything but I’m starting to lose hope now that its been 10 years.

Shenmue will live on!

i played part 2 on xbox 1st,which made me buy a dreamcast off ebay to play part one lol,i love shenmue,i think they should make part 3 a package deal,and have all 3 of them as one game,wouldnt that be awesome,i know it wont happen though
