During a panel discussion on Project Natal with several noted developers at TGS 09, Hideo Kojima the creator of MGS series spoke of a possibility of doing a game that understands who he is.
 

When takashi Sensui asked each of the developers to share their dream for project Natal, Hideo Kojima said “I would like to have some kind of AI system, that understands me best”
 
 

Also, kojima stated that the medical community or security cameras could use Natal technology. It seems that Kojima is so passionate to work on Natal as he thinks Natal could revolutionize videogames, and it could be like the shift from 2D to 3D again.
