Brink is an upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by Splash Damage. It offers team-based multiplayer missions with authored narratives, persistent player characters and an approachable nature. The game features a free running system, SMART (Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain). In a similar manner to Mirror’s Edge, SMART lets players maneuver around environments in dynamic and unique ways all based on player position and immediate need. The game’s graphics are absolutely stunning, rivaling those found in PS3 exclusive FPS game, Killzone 2. The game looks amazing, Though, it needs some work in the animation part; specifically enemies and characters death animation (it’s a bit stiff). The game is set to release in fall 2010.
