Oblivion should definitely be number 1 and 2. Bioware does NOT rule the rpg genre. Mass effect 1 and dragon age origins are both great but both of their sequels are horribly dumbed down and turned into an action/adventure game. On the other hand, Elder Scrolls and Fallout are 2 of the greatest series ever made so Bethesda definitely dominates this genre. this is completely stupid for 2 reasons. 1.
